Scheduling
Holidays, peak summer months
and spring break times are high in demand. We
recommend that you call our office as soon as
possible to ensure the dates you need are still
available. Scheduling for these busy times is on
a first-come-first-serve basis. We will not over
schedule during these times and will limit the
amount of visits we make for the safety of all
involved.
Please plan in advance.
There will be an additional service fee
for last minute calls if we are able to
provide you service. Established
clients need to contact HOME SAFE Pet
Service at least 48 hours before their departure
to book service with us, or an extra service
fee of $10 will be charged.
New
clients need to contact us at least 72 hours
in advance, or an extra service fee of $10
will be charged.
HOME SAFE Pet Service
never charges an extra fee for holidays! Please
call or email the office to let us know you
have arrived home safely. IF WE DO NOT
RECEIVE A PHONE CALL OR EMAIL FROM YOU we
will assume that you have not returned and
an additional visit is required, for which
you will be billed. Remember
planes, trains and automobiles don't
necessarily stick to a schedule especially
during poor weather conditions and the
holidays.
